These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and pa7kk ("pa7kk," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pa7kk.bet. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality offered through the pa7kk platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, virtual sports, bonus programmes, and all related payment and account services.

By completing the pa7kk registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox during registration, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing or using the pa7kk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the pa7kk platform and close your account.

Pa7kk operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. All casino games offered on the pa7kk platform utilise certified random number generation (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable gaming standards.

To register and maintain an active pa7kk account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Pa7kk enforces a strict 21+ age policy without exception. Players who misrepresent their age will have their accounts closed and all balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, nominee accounts, and accounts operated by third parties acting on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pa7kk or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from the pa7kk platform or any other pa7kk-affiliated platform at the time of registration or at any point during account use.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal prohibition, or regulatory restriction that would prevent you from participating in online gaming activities.

Each player may hold one pa7kk account only. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a functioning email address. You agree to promptly update this information should any of it change after registration.

Pa7kk reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information provided, including by requesting documentation such as a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC), utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pa7kk may result in account suspension or closure.

• Duplicate Accounts: The creation of more than one pa7kk account by any individual is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, pa7kk will close all secondary accounts, void all associated bonuses and bonus-derived winnings, and may close the primary account at its sole discretion.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pa7kk Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify pa7kk's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Account Currency: Pa7kk accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Once an account currency is set, it cannot be changed.

Pa7kk supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Pa7kk does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to revision by pa7kk at its discretion. Deposits are generally credited to the pa7kk account wallet instantly; however, pa7kk accepts no liability for delays caused by the player's bank or payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful identity verification and completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Pa7kk targets same-session processing for verified accounts using JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two to five business days depending on the receiving institution. Pa7kk reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at any time.

• Pa7kk does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Pa7kk may impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction, daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Current limits are displayed within the account cashier section.
• Funds held in a pa7kk account are not interest-bearing and do not accrue any return while held on the platform.

Pa7kk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the individual promotion page, which form part of this Agreement and take precedence over any general bonus provisions set out herein in the event of a conflict.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted).
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are stated on each promotion page. Bets placed on excluded games during an active bonus cycle will not count toward wagering and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonus Expiry: All pa7kk bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated wagering progress that remain incomplete at the time of expiry will be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, only one bonus may be active on a pa7kk account at any given time.
• Abuse of Bonuses: Pa7kk reserves the right to withhold bonus funds, reverse bonus-derived winnings, and close an account where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.

The pa7kk sportsbook covers cricket (including the Pakistan Super League), international football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports markets. All bets placed on the pa7kk platform are subject to the following general rules as well as any sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the amount is deducted from your account balance. Pa7kk reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where market integrity concerns exist.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Where odds change between the time a bet is placed and the time it is processed, pa7kk will either accept the bet at the new price or cancel and refund the stake, depending on the price movement direction and the player's account settings.
• Voided Bets: A bet may be voided by pa7kk in circumstances including event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, insufficient market information at the time of settlement, or where the market was suspended and the bet was accepted in error.
• Live Betting: In-play betting markets are updated in real time. Pa7kk accepts no liability for bets placed based on outdated scoreline information. It is the player's responsibility to verify the current match state before placing any in-play wager.
• Maximum Payout: Pa7kk applies maximum payout limits on a per-event, per-market, and per-day basis. These limits are published within the sportsbook section and are subject to change.

• Pa7kk accepts no liability for losses incurred due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules or RTP figures. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before wagering real money.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session or a slot game round, the affected game round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's technical failure policy. Unresolved bets arising from verified technical failures will be voided and stakes returned.
• Pa7kk may temporarily withdraw any game from its library for maintenance, licensing, or compliance reasons without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pa7kk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical device to place bets or interact with casino games in a manner not available through the standard pa7kk interface.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or pricing errors to generate profit in a manner clearly outside the intended rules of the relevant game or market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the pa7kk platform to obscure the source of funds.
• Opening or using a pa7kk account on behalf of another individual, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the identity verification process.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate pa7kk transactions through your bank or payment provider without first contacting pa7kk support to resolve the matter.

Pa7kk is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its services. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to all registered players at no charge and without requiring a support ticket.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further play is temporarily disabled until the limit period resets.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and six weeks, during which their account will be temporarily suspended.

Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum exclusion period chosen. During self-exclusion, pa7kk will make reasonable efforts to prevent the player from accessing their account.

All content on the pa7kk platform, including but not limited to the pa7kk brand name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, sound files, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of pa7kk or is licensed to pa7kk by third-party rights holders. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pa7kk platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any pa7kk content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any pa7kk software.
• Create derivative works based on any pa7kk content or game software.
• Use any pa7kk trademark, service mark, or trade name in any context without prior written authorisation from pa7kk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pa7kk's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the pa7kk platform shall not exceed the net deposits made to your pa7kk account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Pa7kk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the pa7kk platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.
• Technical failures, server outages, or internet connectivity issues affecting your ability to place bets or play games.
• Reliance on any information, promotion, or content published on the pa7kk platform.

Nothing in this clause shall limit pa7kk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Pa7kk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering a pa7kk account you confirm that you have read and accepted the pa7kk Privacy Policy.

Pa7kk collects personal data including your name, date of birth, CNIC number, residential address, mobile number, email address, payment information, and gaming activity data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and improvement of platform services.

Pa7kk will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licencing authorities, payment processors, identity verification providers, and anti-fraud service providers where required for operational or legal compliance purposes.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the pa7kk account at any time. Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact the pa7kk support team. Subject to satisfactory identity verification and the absence of any outstanding withdrawal restrictions, pa7kk will return any genuine cash balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Pa7kk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any prohibited purpose.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• A regulatory requirement or instruction from a licencing authority requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed by pa7kk due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, pa7kk reserves the right to retain any balance held in the account and to void all pending withdrawals pending investigation.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pa7kk's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through pa7kk's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body specified under pa7kk's licensing framework.

Pa7kk's internal complaints procedure requires that all disputes be submitted to pa7kk in writing via the support email address set out in Section 15 below. Pa7kk undertakes to acknowledge all written complaints within five business days and to issue a final response within thirty calendar days of receipt. Players who remain dissatisfied following pa7kk's final response may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body as notified to the player at the time of the final response.
